I don’t have a lot to say about this one surprisingly. I was watching my weekly quilt livestream from my buddies over at The Quilted Cow and this quilt popped up as a sample. I liked the design. It was strip pieced together with the blocks on point which is something I hadn’t tried before, so I purchased the kit. I finally got around to making it right in time for Easter and it was intended to be just another quilt with a spring-time vibe I would keep around the house for decor and warmth. I didn’t think much of it other than it being a way for me to practice my craft and get to keep the outcome for use in my home. Then, Memorial Day weekend, my cousin and baby from project No. 1 came into town to visit and the rest is history. This quilt left with them in the suitcase 🙂 I have the pattern, so I can always replace the spring quilt for next year!
